Coworker had baby & boss is throwing a fit!

I need to vent!!! My coworker's wife just had her baby and the boss and other coworkers with bad attitudes threw a fit about him being gone today to be with his wife!!!! Uuuugggghhhh!!!!!!! These people are slime balls!!!! I caught the new dad in his office and almost in tears over it!!!!!

My old boss had a saying framed on the wall "the lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part". They had 9 months to plan for him to be gone today... She had her baby the day she was due. What the hell's the problem??? Manners, grace, dignity, compassion... Any body?! Morons
