After telling someone about my anxiety in some detail Ive felt really drained. Like i don't feel like talking at all its really weird. Tommrow I have therapy so im really worried I just wont say anything. Has anyone ever felt like this way after letting things off their chest? How can I pep up enough energy for tommrow?

Yes, I get like this too. I tell someone and then it's like I don't want to talk about it anymore and I just feel low and detached.

I think just tell the truth to your therapist, say what you said here. That every time you talk you feel low afterwards. It may actually help you to learn about your emotions and how they work. Good luck.

Write in a pc of paper, that helps me with my mind blankness and memory loss or speech issues with my therapist. Writing will also help you in due time. Good luck!
