A nice soft relaxing head massage. With warm towel on my head, just what i needed other than paracetamol and painkillers.

Drink plenty of water as headaches are often a sign of dehydration and take painkillers if necessary. Also when you relax and get to a place in life where you are less stressed the headaches will no doubt lessen.

What i use is a medication called OKI.. If u live i USA u could only get it with a prescription from the doct.. It stop your headache and it dosnt trigger ur anxiety
