Lightheaded and dizzy

Everytime I go out in public or even others houses I automatically start to feel light headed and faint and when i talk or walk it feels like its not even me doing it I have had so many tests done ... MRI , cat scans, EKG, blood pressure lung scans, 2 spinal taps and everything has come back "fine" I don't know what to do anymore.

I thinks it's clear that the problem isn't physical but mental since all tests are fine and it only happens when you leave your house. Your doctor has sent you for a barrage of tests but has he referred you to a psychologist or therapist?

No he hasn't referred me to either on I was put on celexa for depression and general anxiety and it has helped a little but not much.

I'd ask for a referral then. The pills will help a bit but in my view are almost useless if not used in conjunction with some sort of talking therapy.

Okay maybe I will ask him, I have talked to a therapist before but she didn't seem to help she was just telling me I need to go out and do stuff that I fear. It was actually making me a little mad because I would go out if I didn't get lightheaded all the time lol
