Uhhh new symptom! yay!

Kind of like a headache, but its behind my head, kind of by my neck.. after this, I freaked out.. and I think i had an andrenaline rush... felt like everything started moving faster.. I had to take a deep breath for it to stop.

Neck pains and headaches are common with anxiety. I often get mine at the base of the skull. Or around the sinus areas. But to be honest an anxiety sympton can strike anywhere in the body.

I think i just need sleep.. I haven't slept well in the past 2 nights.
