It's my first day taking it. I literally only took it like 2 hours ago but my vision is blurry....is that normal? Does this go away?

Yes, it is a described side effect. How much did you take? It's not unusual for side effects such as this to appear during the first days of treatment. They tend to disappear with its continuation. Still, if you feel they are very strong, go to your doc for evaluation.

Paxil worked wonders for me. Don't lose hope!

It will go away with time. Blurry vision is thought to happen to more than 10% of those first taking paroxetine. When are you due to see your doc to increase the daily dose? Apart from this side effect, is evt ok?

Thanks Siegfried....the blurry vision only lasted the first day. :) I go back on the 22. Everyday seems better and better :) I went outside today for 30 mins ....first time I did that in months :)

That's great news!!! And it keeps getting better!!! Hopefully you'll be absolutely fine in a month or so!!!

Just me I just started week 2 and I'm doing okay with it. :) if its going to make you feel better its worth a try! I was terrified too but I did it and I'm doing okay :)
