Hello everyone I'm new here , I think I have anxiety but not sure my head tells me I'm ill , cancer, heart disease, even having a heart attack and it really scares me it feels like some sort of adrenalin rush , I have a constant fear over me that I'm dying , I'm not good at talking to people so find it hard to explain to anyone , I'm writing a letter at the moment to my doctor so hopefully I will get help with it . Anyway sorry about the spelling and the way I write I'm not to good at it , thanks for reading this ....I'm Chris and I'm 30 . Thanks

Hi there, welcome to the board. You are having an adrenaline rush, it's the "Fight or flight" response taking over, when you start thinking of that stuff that scares you, adrenaline is flushed through your system. It's ok we understand what your going through, many of us have the same fears and symptoms. Talk to your doctor but know this can also be overcome without medication or therapy :]

Good luck and welcome again.

If you're looking for some helpful tips and such on what has worked great for others, check some of the Sticky posts in the General Discussion. One of them mentions using Magnesium and Amino acid supplements as well as drinking chamomile tea. These helped SO MUCH in my recovery. I'd definitely look into picking some up. :]
