Nervous about small trip

I'm 21 and have had anxiety/panic for about 5-6 years. I've learnt myself how to handle it without medication as that just made it worse. But lately i can feel the thread coming undone and anxiety is wanting to rear it's ugly head again. I feel particularly nervous about a 6 hr trip this weekend with my fiancé. It'll be our first trip. Just us. No following friends etc. and I'm nervous Mage hasn't seen me have an attack and I don't want her too. I'm scared ill flip out half way and just cry to go home. I downloaded this app to help so I hope it does. Fingers crossed!!!

Get to a Dr asap..if there isnt enough time for that then get some high powered anti-histamines to calm you down. "IT" has a 6 year head start on you so this may be very tough newbie..

Trip went fine. Not one bit of an attack. Did get small fleetings of possible ones if I had thought about it. But other then that it was good. In fact I'm in the car now 20mins away from home in the way back. Thanks to everyone who read this and have support.
