I've suffered from insomnia for years and now, for the past week, for the first time ever, I am falling fast asleep at night around the same time and waking up at the same time every morning (pretty much to the minute)! I got my body on a schedule so now it's never hard to fall asleep. It's the easiest thing in the world, I don't know why I didnt try it sooner - maybe I wanted to be able to stay out late and party sometimes, I dunno :/ But alcohol can fuck it up; make you wake up in the middle of the night. So drink alcohol earlier in the night and you'll be ok! I am so happy that it takes no effort to fall asleep at night anymore and I just wanted to share it with you guys. :)
