Brain/head chills

Does anyone else experience the symptom of head or brain chills?

Not sure if it's the same thing you're talking about, but I have gotten unpleasant cool sensations after I've gotten haircuts - something I've never taken notice of before anxiety. It kinda feels like lightheadedness :\

If you're thinking more of an internal deal, I have also gotten sensations like that, but I've compared them more to a feeling of numbness.
