Hello i was wondering if anyone has any tips for seeing a new psychiatrist . I have been on countless medications and none of them have really worked. Klonopin worked alright and of course xanax worked, but everyone here knows the addictiveness of it. So my question is what should I say to my new doctor? Thank you.

Well I'm 18 and have been struggling bad with anxiety since I was a sophomore in high school. I ended up going to a continuation school because I couldn't go to class due to stress an awful stomach aches. I also have general anxiety and I feel like a have mini panic attacks during the day and usually have a big attack at night. I've been on so many meds. I just Don't know what to even Say to my dr anymore

If you're having panic attacks every day, I would tell your doctor your treatment plan is not working for you. Regardless of how many meds you've been on, you have not found a regime that brings you relief or allows you to function. Are you getting therapy as well as medication?
