Emotions Anonymous. Has anyone tried this?

A huge contributor to my depression right now is loneliness and social isolation. I've been trying to find a support group to meet people in my boat. Has anyone gone to an Emotions Anonymous meeting? There are two meetings in my area. I'm wondering what the age group will be, I'm in my mid twenties.

Hey, that sounds like a great idea. However I cannot tell you who would be there as I have never been to one.
If it's any help I am 21 and have isolation issues too so your not the only one, I'm sure there are others out there too so perhaps these groups have people of your age.
