Isn't it great to be free of excessive anxiety, Tristanyoubi?!

Years ago, after suffering terrible anxieties, my irrational worries disappeared rather suddenly after receiving treatment for my anxieties. And let me tell you, I felt like a little kid in a candy store when that happened-and with good reason.

So once again, I'm glad your anxieties have decreased Tristanyoubi.

what did I do? I stopped caring.. I could eat a full 12 pc. fried chicken bucket and not fear having a heart attack.

im sure some of you are familiar with the placebo effect? when someone tells you something that you have no knowledge about, and then you believe it.

so if i were to say your chest pains are caused mainly by acid reflux(which they are)
then I would tell you to pop a tum or pepcid or gasX after every meal.

seriously. pop a tum after every meal. limit yourself to 4 tums a day.

Tums are antacids, they prevent or treat heartburn after meals.

This is exactly what I'm trying. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But I think the more I try it, the more often it'll work.
