Hey all! This is my first post. For some background my name is Cory. I'm 27 and live in California. I've been getting really bad anxiety of late. It has become way more frequent because I consistently worry about getting it and I end up getting it. My main symptom is the feeling of being sick to my stomach. Sometimes I actually do get sick. Working on getting meds to ease it but looking for alternative ideas and help.
