Body aches

Does anyone else have constant body aches and fatigue?

I feel that way on the days that the anxiety really is bearing down. I actually have to drag myself to the gym, and after a workout, I usually feel better.

I always feel fluish the day after I exercise. I feel like I'm barely hanging on. God I hate this!!!!
