I need some reassurance/logic!

Hi all, so a few months ago I was freaking out worried that I had HIV or some other std from my ex, who I found out slept around. Well, thankfully, everything came back negative :) however, last month, I had a gyno appointment, and my Pap smear just came back about a week ago, and had a slight abnormality. They said that I have some strands of the HPV virus, which is fairly common in people my age and usually treatable. The good news is that the two strands they were most concerned about, the two that 70% of time lead to cancer, came back negative, do it should naturally clear itself up. And now I have a yeast infection and slightly inflamed cells, so of course I'm freaking out and can't relax. I feel like I'm never getting through this! My boyfriend has been very supportive, but I just feel dirty and can't relax, I'm sure you all know what it's like to have anxiety and be told something is even slightly abnormal lmao

My pap was abnormal last year due to hpv but this years was normal :)

Here's some logic:

1 AND 1 = 1
1 AND 0 = 0
1 OR 0 = 1
1 OR 1 = 1
NOT 1 = 0
NOT 0 = 1
