Hi my name is Alisha. I'm 27yrs old & a mother/ wife. I suffer with chronic anxiety & severe panic disorder as far as I know. I have heart probs as well, I've just underwent 2 surgeries & a device implantation in the last 9 days. I don't know where to start I'm just desperate to find a su
pport system & ppl who can relate to what I go through maybe find methods to cope :)

I feel u. I dont have heart problems but u will def find lots of others here who share chronic anxiety. Mine is becoming chronic again (was doing good for a while but not so much lately). Good luck :)
