Pain on right side of head

I have been having pain in one spot on
The right side of my head on/off for a while now. What could this be?

In any case it could be a tension headache which is associated with stress/fatigue. If you work with books, computers, or other bright screens with letters all day, it could be causing strain on your brain which is being translated into a headache. Stress in general, like that caused by anxiety, could also be the culprit.

You can soothe your eyes by freezing spoons for about 10-15 min in the freezer and then holding one spoon over each eye. Also consider flux, which is free software designed to help eliminate some eyestrain caused by long hours at a computer. The program basically adds an orangeish tint to your screen, which is more apparent at night. Be sure you are getting enough sleep, at least 6 hours a night.

Closer to the top of my right side head in the same spot all the time. I am scared!!

I have the same exact problem. I have that exact pain as of right now. It's most likely a tension headache cause I'm always tense & stressed & this happens. Lay down in a silent, dark room & rest. Maybe even take a nap. Massage your temples & also do pressure point exercises. Squeeze the muscle between your thumb & index finger for 20 seconds, don't move your fingers & let go for 10 seconds, do this repeatedly 4 times. Also, put a cold compress on your head.

That could be just paranoia from anxiety or something. But you should definitely get it checked out, or go to a neurologist. I went to a neurologist because I thought something was wrong, turns out it was just anxiety. Good luck to you!

I'm sure it's nothing. Like I said I went to the neurologist for the same exact problem & there was nothing there. & I have a picture with a chart of different varieties of headaches. The one with the aches in corner on the temple is most likely a cluster migraine. Cluster comes from stress. Stress comes from anxiety. It will be okay :)

It's not to painful, but yes it's in my right side top/side of my head.

The dr is sending me for an mra, MRI with and without contrast of the brain. My pcp said it could be an anerysm or vascular in my head. A walking time bomb one dr says. It comes and goes and

Well, yer lucky then! Because they call the disease that I have the "suicide disease" for some reason. Still havent figured that one out other then it felt like a hot iron on the side of my head and now that I think about it, I was praying for death when it wouldn't stop..I think I was going more crazy then suicidal though. Just glad its gone for awhile!
