Symptoms of an Anxiety/panic attack

Can anyone tell me what their anxiety/panic attacks are like?

Chest pains, rapid heart beats, stomach pains. Infact any sort of pain in the upper boy occurs when I have panic attacks. Usually they are re-ocurring and can go on anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour or more. As time has gone by (and I foolishly googled symptoms) the list of symptoms and pains I get have grown hugely. So my advice is to avoid any sort of health websites and just accept that what you have is anxiety

Personally my body goes numb and I start to feel real cold and shake and my eyes feel like they are floating in my eye sockets and then I get real panicky feeling like I'm going to die.

Try drinking only half a bottle of vodka as opposed to all of it :-D

Oh I wish I had a reason behind it like drinking then at least I'd know how to make it stop...unfortunately I can't drink at all :/ I'm soooo not the life of the party haha
