I have recently moved to a new country. I have met some nice people but I feel like I don't fit in and they think I'm weird. I think when I get to know people more I run out of things to talk about. I also feel that I agree with what people say but my opinion changes from person to person. I feel like I've lost my identity and I am unsure of who I am anymore.
Does anyone else feel this way?

I do the whole opinion thing but mostly because I hate confrontations, evens ones as simple as a slight disagreement in oppinions freaks me out. I can imagine moving to a new country must be very difficult. Where have you moved to and from? Do you feel like its a cultural difference? I think if you just be yourself then the people who like you for you will be the ones who stick around. And id be very surprised if people didnt think im weird, but now ive sort of enveloped that into my personality. Though I do get that judged feeling far to often, but i think thats the nature of some people.
I hope you manage to settle in and find some good friends
Jo

Hi Jo, I moved to OZ from the UK but I've always felt different even before that. I don't fit into any specific social group. You are right about the confrontation part and I am relieved I have someone to relate to.
Thank you :-)
