Hey guys, Just an update on how I've been going.
I'm getting there and i am getting out alot more but still sort of feeling emotionless atm and just going through the motions of a day and still not really happy or know what the next day will bring. The last couple of days I've been breathing deeply and asthma has been triggered but it goes away in a short period of time after it starts and now I have one of those headaches where you have that bad taste in your mouth like it tastes like blood.
Just wondering if anyone else has had something similar in post-anxiety symptoms.
