I feel like i cant be in a relationship

I've been rejected several times, and not many of my friends know what that's like. I've gone and for a second my anxiety is totally gone and I totally am able to go out of my comfort zone and put myself out there. Then, I just feel so bad and awful and want to crawl into a shell when I'm rejected. I kept going through these periods where I felt if rather not try and just keep to myself and wait for others to gravitate towards me as to not face that embarrassment and feeling so stupid anymore. Anyone in a similar situation, maybe with a different opinion? Thanks.

I know what you mean. Espically when you see this person again everyday. I have the same problem as you. My first and only relationship was because they confronted me. Ive failed confronting anyone. Ive gotten better making friends with the opposite sex but no romantic.
