I recently found out that manyyyyyy people in my family struggled for at least periods of time with depression and GAD. So I was curious to know whether many of you also have a family history of psych disorders.

I have it all in my family. On both sides. I got the bi polar and anxiety disorders and my sis just has anxiety. My brother....nothing...lucky him lol but I'm thankful he doesn't have any of this. Btw neither of my parents have anything either ...go figure.

My story is in the archives somewhere. No mental disorders on my maternal side, just brainiacs. All kinds of mental disorders on my paternal side, and just average joes..Also, my sister and I both have (autoimmune system disorders) which means we both have diseases caused by our own bodily systems being dysfunctional.. yay
