Is it a normal thing during a panic attack to vomit? I had my first full blown panic attack a few days ago now and it was the most horrible thing I have ever experienced I have had many tiny ones before but never a full blown 'attack' until now...but what's so strange is the vomiting part....I've heard of after but not during...anyone have this before ? Also this panic attack lasted approximately 4 hours off and on and was so bad I ended up in the er ....only to be told of course it's just a panic attack ... -_-

I've never vomited during a PA but I certainly usually felt like it. So it's really not surprising that many people with a lower puke threshold should.

Everyone with issues with panic attacks has their own set of symptoms that sometimes can be unique. So even if you have unusual symptoms, many others do as well. So you are not alone.

Anything is possible with panic attacks. It could also be that maybe you just weren't very well and were going to be sick anyway and that made you feel a bit off which made you panic.
