chest tightness when you lay down?

feeling like your not breathing? specifically inhaling air?

palpitations?

weird thoughts.

this is really freakin me out. :((

I used to get that when I was a little kid. I would start paying attention to my breathing and then feel like I wasn't breathing "correctly."

yes. when i focus on my breathing i suddenly feel like i dont feel it,

Ditto on all these . Your not alone, that's my main struggle with my health anxiety

Yes this is what I've been having! Sometimes feel like I'm not breathing then I get a surge of adrenalin that shocks me awake.

NOPE, never had any of that... ever.

Not until I developed anxiety disorder, that is. :-)

Just try to control my breathing but it's difficult and keeps me awake. I'm ok when I'm up and about I dont notice it. Im dreading going to bed tonight :(

the same as you. just trying to control it, deep breathing, breathing through my moiuth or focusing on other things. pray. prayers always do good.:)

i always get afraid too. maybe thats why i have anxiety now and panic attacks. just try to relax, drink water, pee. lol
