Bumped up from 300xl to 450 last week. I was taking lexapro but I started weaning myself off of that since it was making me eat everything in sight. I try to work out every day and made me so lethargic that I stopped going. I've gained 5 lbs in 2 weeks ugh. So, Dr has me on trazadone to help me sleep, I'm still feeling drowsy the next day and so hungry. I flushed the remaining trazadone today. :/ Has anyone had a positive experience with anti anxiety medication? By that I mean no weight gain, no zombie effect, no sexual side effects and getting off of it wasn't a beast? It seems like the cure is worse than the illness, for me anyway.

Have you tried Prozac? Zero withdrawal issues there. Sexual side effects are the same for all of the SSRI's sadly. I take Luvox and no issues w/ weight gain. Zombie effect - not sure what you mean - I can think clearly, but I have to sleep a ton. I slept 11 hours today and took a 45 minute nap.

I had no issues with Wellbutrin and actually lost weight but I feel like it wore off after about 3 months but the trazadone I flushed as well uhhhh it was horrible!! My whole body hurt every day and I didn't want to move what so ever :/
