Effexor XR withdrawls?

I was on 225mg for years and decided to get off of the the Effexor XR to get ready to have children. My doctor put me on Prozac 20mg and I started taking 150mg of the Effexor for 2 weeks then 75mg for 2 weeks. 4 days after the completely stopped it I am a panic mess. I am having trouble eating, loose stool, very anxious and having panic attacks.

Has anyone else gone though this with Effexor?? How long does it last?

I've read that effexor is a b to come off of. I research all of my meds before picking them up and what I read was that effexor may yield positive results but withdrawl is so awful. I only thought about effexor because it reportedly had a low instance of sexual side effects. I know meds work differently for everyone but to me all the negative comments on effexor dissuaded me.
