Can't seem to settle down...

Although my anxiety has returned and I was having moments here and there, I thought I was improving particularly in the sleep area. However, it rears its ugly head once again. I come back after being with my friends and felt somewhat tired...but unfortunately I felt anxiety coming on and I can't seem to settle down again....just restless...

I guess I'll have to let it ride until I calm down...

At what point do you think that its time to seek the help of a medical professional?
