Ok guys I'm leaving to Vegas in day which is tomorrow and since I know for a fact ima be really anxious so I do t want to have a full blown panic attack on the plane. I been thinking about these situations that can happen on the playing like falling then crashing and dying. How can I be calm or try not to get a panic attack on the plane because these thoughts and worries. Can you take over the counter pills on the plane if not I was thinking bout the whole rubber band on wrist thing but I just want to be calm during the flight. I haven't gotten no good sleep at all ... PLEASE HELP

dramamine+doxylamine..OTC's.. (1) of each, 1 hour prior to boarding...No, the plane isnt going to crash so stop thinkin about it. You're safer in the air, then you are in a car on the interstate..Enjoy your trip!! :)

Yes, both are OTC. The one you mention may be an herbal concoction that I know 0 about, and if it is herbal then the supposed effects will be different for each person. The (2) that I suggested will do exactly as theyre designed to do..sedate you, and anyone else who took them either..
