Ringing in ears

I've had tinnitus for as long as I can remember. Somedays seem worse than others. I've noticed recently that my ears will seem "plugged" and then get back to normal. Somedays it happens 2-5 times. And sometimes I'll go a week without noticing it. Anxiety related? Does anyone else have this? Its Annoying just like anxiety itself.

I get a buzzing in one ear sometimes when i listen to music or drive in a hilly area. But im not sure whether its to do with anxiety, or if its from something else. Maybe get a doc to have a peak in ur ear!
