Heart skipping beats

I'm new here does anyone have issues with not only heart palps but you can feel your heart skipping beats I have been to drs they say nothing is wrong

Heck, that's normal. I get them after having coffee but they are harmless and well................normal. As long as it doesn't stop...your hearts fine!:) Alankay

Unless a check-up has found an abnormality with your heart then heart palpitations are normal and, for some, can occur up to 20 times a day without the person even noticing.

Normal palpitations become a personal problem when the person starts focusing on them.
An acute awareness of it tends to actually cause it, since the locked-on focus causes tension, which in turn causes stress, which in turn can trigger further palps.

Yeah I do notice it is mostly when drinking caffeine it is just annoying and I do obsess about it

I had to cut out caffeine because of them...they freak me out as I already deal with heart anxiety
