Bad night sleep

Woke up out of a dead sleep arm was numb must have slept on it thought I was having a stroke became panicky heart racing sweating the chills then my arms and legs felt jellowey has this ever happened to anyone else several hours later finally fell asleep it was just rough my husband thinks I'm insane please asvise

I have different seasons when my arm or hands will go numb at night...it will eventually go away
