Just finished 3 days at an inpatient psych hospital and it was the best thing I've ever done!!! Medication is tweaked to perfection and even though I can feel my anxiety creep up , it shuts right back down! CBT was great and I feel like a whole new person!!!!!! :) I'm on a wonderful path to recovery with the help of my family, friends, and Paxil, and klonopin! :) but hey it works for now! Outpatient starts this week. I have a sense of hope I literally haven't had in YEARS!
