Anxiety and relationships

How does anxiety effect everyone elses romantic relationships?
I have a girlfriend and she is bipolar and with me having anxiety it gets a little difficult sometimes.
How do you handle a relationship with your anxiety?

well,..I have a highly explosive disorder so it doesn't work out too well especially when the other person attempts to deceive. I can see, hear, read, sense, the betrayal..so I snap. I can not see her after that 1/10th of a second. She's gone and will remain gone too..So, it failed basically. Oh well!
