Depression really sucks!
Although i can say im better than i was. Back when i was pregnant i had very bad depression bc of situations i was going thru...
But after i had my daughter i got better bc she brought me such joy!
Im not saying GO HAVE BABIES or anything lol thats just what helped me.
Also having a job helps bc it takes my mind off things.
But sometimes i just dont feel like getting out of bed, i'll take my daughter to school knowing that i have house chores to get done & i will sadly lay there until its time to pick her up.
& i will eat all day long...
& watch tv...sometimes i will be watching tv & have to rewind it bc im so zoned out & my mind is other places.
I tend to dwell on negative things & it eats away at me!
Having really bad anxiety on top of depression is the horrible.
Idk what to do to get myself going in the morning.
I feel like i have absolutly no motivation to do anything unless its something that needs to be done for my daughter.
I have no problem cooking her something to eat or washing her clothes , or making sure she looks way cuter than all the other kids at school every morning...but when it comes to me...my clothes pile up, i'll just grab a bag of chips for dinner & go to work looking like a hot mess.
Any advice on how to get motivated? Or any other advice?

Babylove123, my advice is don't be too hard on yourself about the fact that you often can't get motivated because it sounds like you are doing the best you can to cope with your depression, such as going to your job, cooking, etc.
