I feel like I am going to pass out or die any minute. My heart is racing. I take 20mg of celexa. Is this anxiety? Or do I have an medical illness?

Anxiety. Try xanax. It helps.

Remember to breathe and stay occupied. And keep thinking "I've gone to the doctor recently, so I'm fine "

Trust me. I know it's difficult I'm in your same shoes at this exact moment because I had some drinks and now I'm paying for it. It too shall pass. Keep your head up

If you Just started to take Celexa you must hang tough, God willing you will get better soon as the medication takes 4 to 6 weeks to take full effect..I promise you will start to see its effects.

In the meantime try your best to distract your mind even though it might seem impossible to do

I been on the celexa since may but I just started the increase last week.
