Got up this morning and the depersonalisation came at its worst, felt like I was back to when this all first started took me a while to get hold of myself.. Images of going to hospital came to mind..And now the chest pains have started? Ouch. Not gunna panic because I know its going to go away.. Uncomftable though -_-

Time for some deep breathing and meditation, then accept that it's just anxiety. Then distract yourself.
