I am a 42 year old that has been dealing with this debilitating problem for almost 2 months. Citralopram and Sertraline made me sick and unable to sleep. I am now on Lorazepam and Trazadone. The Lorazepam helps a lot, but I am not sure the Trazadone is doing much. My main problem is exhaustion. I can sleep Ok, with the help of these meds, but I am extremely tired all day long and mornings are tough.
Any suggestions or advice? I am seeing a psychiatrist next week for a medication evaluation.

I'd say you're good to be checking in with the psych next week. Once you find the right medications, they can often take 3-4 weeks (sometimes longer) to take full effect and give relief. In the meantime, it's not unusual for you to have the physical symptoms that you are currently having.
Routine is key. Take your meds at the same time each day, get into a regular sleep routine and stay on these forums for support. And do NOT hesitate to keep in touch with the psychiatrist. They're giving you heavy-duty meds and need your feedback regularly so they can get it right.
