It was about a year since my last post and have done much better. had a nervious breakdown last summer in which i couldnt leave the house without a panic attack. Got past it and am doing alot better. Some residual anxiety lately but nothing compared to last year. This Forum helped out more than I could have imagined. Thanks Everyone one here!
