Tight band feeling around leg

Is this a symptom of anxiety, a tight band feeling around leg?

IMO anxiety can cause any number of physical pains, soreness, tightness, in any number of areas but I will say in all my DECADES of dealing with it that it was never localized to just (1) spot on (1) leg...Something else going on there friend. Muscle strain, pulled muscle, old injury, slept on it wrong...I doubt anxiety to be a factor in this case..
