Hi everyone I'm new here, I decided to join because I knew of no one else I could talk to about my anxiety. I talked to a few friends of mine before, but I feel as if they look at me weird and think I'm crazy. I had my first anxiety attack in May, and every since them I have been suffering from anxiety and new symptoms every week, which leads to me think I have several different illnesses. I am a hypochondriac. I just want to learn how I can control my worrying, because I feel like my mind stay thinking about the worst. Please help!!!!
