Leg pain? Blood clot?

So today wat kind of ok until now ... Sat in bed and mind is doing over time.... I have had this same pain in my leg for about a month though and seriously panicking about a blot clot, my blood feels like its buzzing I also have the feeling of something wriggling around in my leg!!! Ahhhhh help please?

Go to A&E! (not that I think it's a blood clot... but rather the professional reassurance would be priceless)
