Hi everyone, I'm from PA and suffer from anxiety. It's to the point where my wife and kids have left and I'm in danger of losing them for good. It took me a long time to acknowledge I had a serious issue. I mean I knew it but always blamed my feelings on others, like my wife.

I have started counseling and am here to get and give support. Thanks everyone.

Are you a Duquesne grad?! Nice if so. I'm from the burgh too. Steelers baby!

Sorry to hear about your situation. Glad to hear you have sought help. You'll get through this. You just have to be persistent. Staying patient is tough, but its important. It will take some time to heal, but you'll get there. There are great doctors out there. Use them!

Hi Cork, yep I'm a Duke. It is tough. I miss my wide and kids more than I can express. My wife doesnt really understand that I'm dealing with and illness. She thinks its just an excuse. I was in therapy before but I quit because I figured I was healed. Boy was I wrong.

Thanks for your kind words. I'll do my best to achieve success.
