Petrified of throwing up !

Hey guys , I have extreme anxiety with the main issue being scared of throwing up (especially in public) its so bad to the point I will only drive on back roads in case I need to pull over , If someone tells me they got sick once of a certain food or restaurant I will not eat it / eat there . My boyfriends mum won't cook for me anymore cus I'm always paranoid she dosnt cook chicken long enough lol .
It's so hard to deal with and it interferes with every aspect of my life :( does any have any advice ? Thanks, zoë

Have you tried exposure therapy? Maybe if you threw up in public once you would be able to rationalize your fears a bit...

That's ok, maybe you could see a professional who can take you through ET, it's one baby step at a time and believe me, you can get passed this!
