Does anybody get nasal/chest congestion with anxiety?

I dont really have chest congestion anymore, but i notice my nasal passages are kinda closed up, hard to breathe through the nose..
Started ever since I started having anxiety..
I mean, its not like im freaking out about it.. its just nasal congestion, haha im just wondering.

I can barely breathe out of my nose anymore and it started the same time as my anxiety too

If it's THAT serious then you may have rhinitis (allergies to dust, pet hair, etc.) or hay fever?

Worst case, you could have a polyp (abnormal growth of tissue up your hooter)

You could try some self help on the allergy front and stop dairy products for a few days? Dairy is highly responsible for mucus (yummmm).

I've also heard of people flushing their noses with warm, salty water!
(Might make you gag though)

lol I know what a neti pot is people.. I have a cat.. idk if thats whats causing it.. but I'll try to avoid the dairy stuff..

I have a saline nasal spray, so i'll use that as well.

Look it up dazza. My bf has one I pissed myself when I saw it, it's got a bellend and everything! You use it to rinse out your nose. Glad I made some one else larf :D
