I've been on lorazepam/Ativan in past it worked well .
But in u.k they tend to use diazepam /Valium more if you can find gp
Willing to give you some lol ....

I was prescribed Ativan starting back in March as well as Prozac. Was told to just take the Ativan as needed up to 3 times per day. I haven't had to take it for weeks now except maybe 1 here and there... Has worked well for me so far though..

Just took my first Ativan .5mg 3 hours ago. Never would have had the nerve were it not for this forum. Can't believe it took me so long.

I also started seeing a counselor/doing CBT/and made severe dietary and supplemental changes to combat my anxiety as well... but those take a little time, and today when the panic hit (and hit hard), I finally took the bottle down and gave it a shot.

What. A. Relief.
