Where to turn when your friends let you down

So usually I hide behind a smile and I made myself out to be the "clown" so people will laugh at me on my terms...so I guess my friends dont know how to deal with me when I'm depressed/anxious :/ but I'm really hurt! I rang my friend in tears and she basically fobbed me off and hasn't bothered to check back in with me...for a week! *sigh*

Although some friends don't seem to know how to deal with people with depression and anxiety, that doesn't mean that their aren't any who do. Their are those who know what it's like.
