I have a history of sitting in my bedroom for a long time touching my laptop and not socializing with anyone at all. As of yesterday I have massage my back bone tail and I feel like I'm alive. It must been that all that 1yr sitting in the bedroom has cause my back to make me feel depress and no breath coming through my system. It also relieve my eye pressure and headaches too from scaring people who thinks I'm angry but I'm just not feeling good. I want you guys to try massaging your backbone tail and tell me of u feel better. My anxiety might be different than other peoples anxiety. I did learn that breathing stops your anxiety too if you focus on your breath. Plz leave me your comments =) God bless all......I meant to put problems lol not probelms
