Hurts to breathe, has this happemed to anyone?

Has it ever hurted anyone to breathe after an attack? I had an attack like 10 minutes ago an now it hurts to breathe. An area on my stomach and my back is what hurts. I'm hoping this is normal. I'm really scared right now.

It had never happened to me. I can say however that it makes sense, when you have an attack, all the nerves, muscles, etc.. Go into their maximum performance mode, this causes them to be tight and alot of times sore for a while.

Notice that you can breath, you just have some pain. Since you can breath then you are not dying and have nothing to fear. Try to relax as much as you can, and I'm sure you will feel better shortly.
