Hi,
I'm a 29 year old male who have fought with panic attacks, anxiety and fear for the last 15 years of my life. As of late things finally seems to get better.
Anyway, I joined this forum because I know I need some help and outside opinions to some of my problems because even though, after all those years, I'm pretty good at self analysis, there are still situation where I don't have any control at all. So hopefully I can find some answers here and help others.
